Privacy Policy
Last updated August 7, 2026
Axorite Group LLC (“Axorite,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through https://axorite.com and in the course of providing our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you contact us through the site or by email, we receive the information you choose to send, which typically includes your name, company, email address, and a description of your project. If we enter into an engagement, we also collect billing contact details and the information needed to perform the work.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server and request data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps for the purpose of operating and securing the site. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.
Client system data
During an engagement we may be granted access to systems that contain personal data belonging to your customers or employees. We process that data only on your instructions and only as needed to perform the services, acting as a processor or service provider on your behalf.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and prepare proposals
- To perform, support, and invoice for contracted services
- To operate, secure, and improve this website
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to enforce our agreements
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Payment information
Payments are handled by a third party payment processor. Card numbers and bank account details are submitted directly to that processor and are not stored on our servers. We receive only limited transaction records such as the amount, date, status, and the last four digits of the payment method. The processor’s handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
4. Service providers
We share information with vendors that help us run the business, such as website hosting, email, payment processing, and accounting. These vendors may access personal information only to perform services for us and are bound by confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Any cookies set are strictly necessary for the site to function. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
6. Data retention
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on the opportunity. Engagement records, contracts, and financial records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and legal obligations, typically seven years. Client system data is deleted or returned at the end of an engagement on request.
7. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted transport, access controls, and least privilege credentials for client systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to request a portable copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@axorite.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for making a request.
9. International visitors
We operate in the United States. If you access the site or engage us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
10. Children
This website is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the revision.
